Erika supported us in every aspect of planning and execution. She helped connect us to our wonderful team of vendors, and managed all communications with them. She created beautiful color schemes, table designs, and room layouts. She managed timelines, and led all day of coordination. Most importantly, Erika was always there to take any pressure off my mom and I to ensure we had the most enjoyable planning process, and stress free wedding day! Our wedding day was more than I could’ve ever dreamed of, and left us with memories for a lifetime. Thank you Erika!

Erika was our saving grace for the day of our wedding. I used to be a day of coordinator in college and was very nervous to have someone take the reins but I am SO glad that I chose Erika. She worked with me to understand every single detail of our special day. She is so calm, supportive, hard working, detail oriented, organized… I honestly could go on and on. She was there with me from start to finish and every single person in our bridal party was in awe with how amazing a person can be. She was on top of everything and was somehow everywhere I needed her without even asking or telling her what needed to be done. 100% hiring her for our day was the best decision I made for our wedding planning. Hiring Erika to help us with our wedding was hands down the best decision we made! I love to plan and host and am very detail oriented so I thought I had this whole “wedding planning thing” down. Truthfully, I was totally against the idea of hiring a planner. As the days dwindled down, I started to panic! I’ve never planned a wedding. I had no idea how to coordinate a timeline for the day and make sure that all of the vendors knew what was going on. That’s when we reached out to Erika. Within the first 5 minutes of talking to Erika, we knew we needed her to help us fine tune the details of our day. I am normally someone that needs to be in control of my visions, but with Erika, I felt 100% comfortable and confident giving her the reins! When she says she’s got it covered, she’s not kidding! Our wedding had so many unique and special touches and Erika made sure our vision of our wedding day came to life! It’s hard to put into words exactly how much Erika’s involvement in our wedding meant to us on the day and even 2 months after. We still rave about her service and her as a human being!

I learned about Erika’s services when our wedding venue raved about her on Facebook! Our date was one of her last available dates for the year and I was starting to feel overwhelmed so it felt like a sign. Hiring Erika was the best decision we made! She went above and beyond in every way imaginable! She thought of details that we hadn’t even considered. Our wedding went off without a hitch and we 100% believe we have Erika to thank for that! I have rewritten this review several times because I can’t seem to find the words that truly capture just how amazing Erika is! She made us so comfortable and brought such a positive energy to our planning and our wedding day! I will recommend Erika to anyone and everyone! There is no one better to trust for your special day! I am almost sad that our event is over because she is such a joy! Erika could charge triple her fees and we would hire her again in a second! Erika with Event Gal is who you need to book for all your wedding planning needs. Erika was kind, resourceful, and knew everything I didn’t when it came to wedding planning. Her organization and ability to make you feel like family is exactly what you need when planning your wedding. She is on top of her stuff and never lets you get behind on what you should be doing. One of my favorite things she did for me was walking with me to the aisle. As I walked alone down the aisle, she held my train, calmed me down, and was there until the very top of the aisle with me. It was a full circle moment that I could relive again and again. I have quite a few friends getting married soon and I ALWAYS recommend Erika and Event Gal to be your wedding planner!

Two great friends of mine recommended Erika to us for our wedding planning needs, and my goodness it was the best thing of our wedding. Erika went above and beyond any expectations I had. From setting up our entire venue, checking in on any need we had or didn't know we needed, to coordinating 16+ people to flawlessly make it down the aisle.

During the weekend of our wedding, I cannot say how many compliments we received from family and friends on Erika. She was described as organized, thoughtful, courteous, and a "life saver" by more than one person. She lead our rehearsal and provided instructions to our bridal party while still maintaining a great attitude to keep the event light and fun hearted. The day of our wedding, she seamlessly navigated an entire day of rain and made sure our ceremony was gorgeous despite moving into our alternate space. She communicated with all vendors the day of so we had nothing to do but enjoy our day, and I cannot thank her enough for that. She provided assistance with set-up, last-minute room flipping, and takedown at the venue. She was present whenever help was needed, and blended in seamlessly at times to let us focus on our guests. I would recommend Erika to anyone that is searching for a fantastic planner in Wisconsin. Thank you, Erika!
