In Erika, we found a professional, a calming presence (trust me; you'll need this), a problem solver, and someone we will forever refer to others, because they will undoubtedly be in good hands.
It has been exactly one week since our wedding; my husband and I are still on "Cloud Nine." We both have done a lot of reflecting and our wedding day highlight reels are stuck on repeat in a blissful daydream. As the bride and groom, many of our highlight reel "clips" include Erika. We relied heavily on Erika throughout our 10-month engagement and wedding planning process. In her role as our wedding coordinator, Erika never let an email or phone call go unanswered for longer than a half day. She offered suggestions for decor, timelines, and excellent last-minute hair/makeup referrals when my first trial didn't go well. During venue set up/take down, rehearsal, and wedding day she was my personal go-to for absolutely everything. Even when we didn't need Erika, she checked in at perfectly timed intervals. We had very few "issues" or "emergencies," which I think speaks to the level in which we worked together and prepared in advance. The few issues we did have, Erika resolved immediately on her own or she respectfully touched base with us when necessary. For example, we ran out of wine within the first hour of reception and with our permission, Erika organized the replenishing of our stock. When hiring vendors for a wedding, it's all about trusting them to do everything possible to make the experience wonderfully unforgettable. In Erika, we found a professional, a calming presence (trust me; you'll need this), a problem solver, and someone we will forever refer to others, because they will undoubtedly be in good hands. Having Erika allowed us to make the most of our wedding day; we spent more time with guests and each other. "Thank you" isn't nearly enough.

Sometimes you come across a person who you can tell is cut out exactly for his or her role. I got that sense when I met Erika. She is very good at what she does!
Planning a wedding is a lengthy process. When it comes to the actual day timing is essential. As a videographer, I work alongside photographers just about every weekend and you can definitely tell a difference when the bride and groom have hired a planner to keep all of us on track. I filmed a wedding recently (with Erika on site) and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and the job she did. She kept me informed the entire day from start to finish and that is very important in helping to deliver timeless memories for the couple. The last thing you want is for the bride and groom to be stressing during their wedding day. Erika made sure everything was on time, and she did it with a smile. Sometimes you come across a person who you can tell is cut out exactly for his or her role. I got that sense when I met Erika. She is very good at what she does! Highly recommend!!

As a venue owner, we have worked with many wedding planners/coordinators and I was extremely impressed with Erika the very first time we met. One of our couples hired Erika as their wedding planner and day of coordinator, so we had the pleasure of working with Erika for the entire day and were truly blown away! She attended the rehearsal which made the couple, family and wedding party feel prepared and comfortable with everything in advance of the ceremony. She helped decorate the venue, made sure all vendors arrived as planned, kept the timeline of the day flowing as needed, helped clean up at the end of the night and so much more. She really took care of everything so the couple, their family and bridal party could enjoy the day. Erika was extremely professional, kind, calm and I could tell she genuinely cared about every detail of the couple's day. She was assertive (in the most kind way) when she needed to get things done, was extremely organized and went above and beyond what we have seen most planners do.
